2013 – Present (Communita since 2023)

• Creating physical and social “intersections” where locals and global entrepreneurs connect.

We established and operate Impact HUB Tokyo as an incubation center accredited by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Beyond providing a coworking space, we architected an ecosystem that supports early-stage entrepreneurs through specialized incubation programs and global networking. In 2023, we expanded this infrastructure with Communita, a neighborhood café designed to bridge the gap between professional changemakers and the local community.

For over a decade, we have served as the “Strategic Anchor” for a diverse community of over 100 innovation hubs across 60+ countries. We have nurtured a resilient cohort of startups, freelancers, and artists, providing them with the stability and connections needed to thrive in their uniqueness and impact society positively.
