Innovation Hub “FUSE” in Hamamatsu City

We managed the project from the ground up, transforming 2,000 sqm of a former department store basement into a high-functioning, multi-purpose workspace. Beyond the hardware, we embedded a dedicated support system by hiring and training local staff through intensive programs in both Tokyo and Hamamatsu, ensuring the hub’s long-term operational autonomy.

The project resulted in one of Japan’s largest coworking facilities, complete with fabrication labs and trial kitchens. By establishing a robust community layer, we cultivated a fertile environment where local changemakers can now seamlessly collaborate and launch new ventures.
